One fixed workflow became a company.
Trinova Technologies was founded by a small team of engineers and operators who were tired of watching good businesses lose money to broken, manual processes — paper logs, missed compliance deadlines, and spreadsheets that nobody trusted.
We started by building software to solve one of those problems in the fleet and mobility space. That product became NovaFleet, now used by over 1,300 fleet drivers and partners across East Africa.
Since then, we've grown into a software company that partners with other businesses to build and run the systems that let them scale.

2023
Founded in Nairobi
A small team of engineers and operators starts Trinova to fix the broken, manual processes costing African businesses money.
2023–24
First fix: fleet collections
We build software for one painful problem — fleet collections, compliance, and reconciliation done on paper and memory.
2024–25
NovaFleet goes live at scale
The product hardens in production: M-Pesa reconciliation, document tracking, telematics — now running 1,300+ drivers and partners.

The same team and discipline now serve client builds — custom platforms, integrations, and transformations across East Africa.
